Time to Write

I’m Cathy Chilco. After years of being a Producer/Director for television, I am finally taking Time to Write.

Why now?

Over a decade ago, I started a Writing Group in my home. Once a week, we would meet in front of the fireplace to meditate for half an hour.

Then in silence we would pick up our pens and write for half and hour. As we read out loud to each other, we are often amazed to find common threads in our work…similar themes, images or characters magically arise! What emerges for me comes in many forms—vignettes, mini-essays, musings and some hybrids. I invite you to read and comment if you wish.
